Tried & Tested: New menu at The Fit Food Kitchen
The Fit Food Kitchen in cluster J, just down the stairs from the Bonnington, specialises in serving everyday nutritious, simple, tasty, and fresh food, which makes leading a happy and healthy lifestyle easier and enjoyable.
Chef Hisham Hammoud and his team cater to your needs in a creative and unique fashion and recently launched a brand new menu.
We were welcomed with freshly pressed juices, which looked as good as they tasted. The restaurant, which also has tables outside, features two dining areas glad in warm wood and vibrant colours, which resonate nicely with the food.
Following the juices, we were treated to a selection of starters, salads, mains, and desserts from the new menu.
Everything looked and tasted fresh and full of flavour and we particularly enjoyed the Rocket & Beetroot Salad and the Grilled Salmon Fillet. The desserts, too, were very tasty and the protein balls surprised us immensely. Small in size, but packed with flavours!
The menu clearly states the ingredients and the calories for every dish, so that diners, who are following specific diets, can make informed choices.
We found that, The Fit Food Kitchen isn’t just for calories conscious diners, but makes a great JLT hangout for lunch, dinner, or a quick, healthy snack in between. The new menu is just big enough to stop you from getting bored too quickly, yet it’s compact enough to make it easy to find something without having to leaf through pages and pages of dishes.
Whether you’re coming for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you’ll find old favourites like omelettes, wraps, and burgers, but also imaginative new additions and tasty juices and shakes.
