Founded in 2015, right here in JLT, Mantoushe has is a popular Lebanese fusion restaurant in cluster E. The name Mantoushe comes from the Lebanese word "natche", which literally translates to "bite".
Mantoushe serves many Lebanese classics, but also offers new, fusion takes on traditional favourites combining ingredients like falafel and guacamolecreate new dishes and flavours. Mantoushe doesn't just focus on flavours, though, but also ensures that all food served is natural and nutritious with dishes prepared fresh in the restaurant's kitchen. Everything is made in-house, from the bread to the sauces.
Mantoushe is also the home of the "Steakmous" - an innovative fusion of steak and hummus.
